Changing Your Investments

There are two types of changes that you can make with respect to the manner in which your account is invested

  • First you can change the way future contributions are invested. An allocation change is the way you direct the investment allocation of your future contributions.
  • Second you can change the way your current account balance is invested. An inter-fund exchange is the way you change the manner in which the current assets in your account are invested.
  • There are several ways for you will be submit an allocation change or an interfund exchange within your DCPLUS account.

  • You can either access your account online by clicking "Account Access" located on the left menu of this website and Log In to your account to submit changes yourself;
  • Or you can call our toll-free telephone line at (800) 584-6001 and either utilize our ING Automated Phone Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need your personal identification number (PIN) and Social Security Number.
  • Or you can speak with a Customer Service Associate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
