There are multiple ways for you to obtain information about your DCPLUS account, change investment options, and receive answers to questions you may have about DCPLUS. ING wants to make it as easy as possible for you to take advantage of the valuable plan benefit made available to you by the District. Local Service within the District of Columbia

ING provides DCPLUS participants local service support from Licensed ING Representatives either in person or over the phone. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Our office is located at One Judiciary Square 441 4th Street, NW Suite 340 N. Toll-Free Telephone Service (800) 584-6001

ING also provides a toll-free telephone line to our National Customer Service Center so you can reach licensed Customer Service Associates (CSA) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. If you prefer, you may also access your account by using the ING Automated Phone Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need your personal identification number (PIN) and Social Security Number to use these self-service features. Simply call (800) 584-6001.

Internet Access

Information about your DCPLUS account can also be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet. You can obtain quarterly statements, account history, balances, performance information, etc.. Simply click on the "Account Access" option shown in the left menu bar on this page. From there you will be redirected to a log on screen which will require you to enter your User ID and Password. If you have never registered your account online before, you can click on Sign Up. To sign up for internet access of your account you will need your social security number, your assigned personal identification number (PIN) and a valid email address.
