About Your Investments – Changing Your InvestmentsThe two most common changes with respect to the way your account is invested: 1) A change in the way future contributions are invested. An allocation change is the way you direct the investment allocation of your future contributions. An inter-fund exchange (transfer) is the way you change the manner in which the current assets in your account are invested. To make an allocation change or transfer assets among fund options, you can: Press 1 - If you work for the State. Press 3 - If you work for a city, county or other local governmental employer. Press 5 – If you would like assistance with your request from a member of our Kansas Service Team in the Topeka Service Center between the hours of 7:30 and 5:00 Monday through Friday.
