Before enrolling, please make sure you have reviewed the following documents online or in hard copy. Then read the certification and click on the appropriate button in the consent section. If you have not previously reviewed the documents or need to see them again, you can access them by clicking the links below.
In order to view certain documents online, you must have the ability to download PDF files using Adobe Acrobat and have a computer and printer or other device to download, print, or save any documents you wish to keep. If you need to download the Adobe Acrobat Writer to view PDF files click here.
Certification

I understand that I can request to receive paper copies of these documents at any time by contacting my local ING Representative. In accepting electronic delivery, I acknowledge that ING delivered these documents to me through this online enrollment process, whether or not I have accessed the documents by clicking on the link.
