As a Kansas university employee, you have a unique program available to help you plan for retirement — the Kansas Board of Regents Mandatory Retirement Plan. ING is a pleased to be a provider to both the Mandatory Retirement Plan and the Voluntary Tax Deferred Annuity (TDA) program. For nearly 40 years, ING has provided retirement programs and planning to hundreds of thousands of educators across the country. We are committed to helping make it easier for Kansas faculty and staff to plan for and reach their retirement objectives. This Web site allows ING participants easier access to information about the Mandatory Plan and TDA program, individual account information, as well as comprehensive investment and retirement planning educational materials.
