Welcome To Online Enrollment for The State of Mississippi Deferred Compensation Plan & Trust (MDCPT)

Systematized Benefits Administrators’s, Inc. (SBA) Website Enrollment has been designed for easy enrollment into the Mississippi Deferred Compensation Plan & Trust made available through your employer. Before initiating the enrollment process, carefully review the enrollment pages including the investment option summaries, information booklet, current fund fees and expenses which are illustrated in the Investment Option section of this website.

To complete the Participation Agreement for enrollment/change you will need to have the following information:

When you are ready to begin the enrollment/change process, simply click here and you will be taken to the on-line form. Complete the form fully online, then submit it to SBA by clicking on the "submit" button.

To complete the form using paper copy
Download the Participation Agreement from the enrollment page, print your copy, and complete all the information. Once the enrollment process is complete, please review and confirm your entries prior to submitting your enrollment information to SBA. You may submit your Participation Agreement by either:

(a) mail completed signed form to:

Written confirmation of your enrollment along with a complete package containing prospectuses, Plan Document, Question & Answer Booklet, etc., will be mailed to your address.
