Using your Personal Identification Number (PIN), you may access your Mississippi Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust (MDCPT) account 24 hours a day via our website, or the SBA Voice Response Unit (VRU). If you do not currently have a PIN, but would like to establish one, please call the VRU at 800-892-4352.

The recorded message will ask you to enter your Social Security Number, and then your PIN. You should enter your Social Security Number, but since you do not have a PIN to enter, just pause and the recorded message will prompt you to press "1" if you would like to create or change your PIN. Continue following the prompts to create or change your PIN, which should consist of 4 numbers.
