Service Options

The Systematized Benefits Administrators, Inc. (SBA) office is located at 4450 Old Canton Rd. - Suite 107 - Jackson, MS 39211.. Our office is open each business day from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Standard time. You can stop in to speak with one of our representatives, or call our toll free number at 1-800-846-4551 or locally at (601) 364-9350 and arrange an appointment with one of our representatives.

Registered Representatives schedule enrollment meetings throughout the state to explain the Plan to groups and individuals.

Self Service Features are also available to provide account inquiry and transaction capabilities:

  • AccessLine - Our toll-free phone system provides you with access to account information 24 hours a day. This feature is password protected and allows you to check balances and execute certain transactions. You can reach our automated phone system at 1-800-892-4352. You must have established a password to access this service.
  • Online Account Access - Our internet account access system provides you with online access to your account information 24* hours a day. State-of-the-art security and password protection allows you to check balances and execute certain transactions. This service is available by selecting "Online Account Access" from the menu options located on the left side of this page.

    • * Due to daily scheduled maintenance activity the "Online Account Access" is unavailable Monday - Saturday 6:00AM - 6:30AM EST and Sunday from 6:00AM - 12:00PM EST.
