ING makes it easy to access information about your account and MetroMax, and to receive ongoing support. Our services include:

    Toll-free Telephone Access

    Our Customer Service Associates are available to assist you Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Central Time) at 1(800)584-6001.

    Internet Access

    Our Self Service features are also available to provide account inquiry and transaction capabilities:

  • ING Access by phone, our toll-free phone system provides you with access to account information 24 hours a day. This feature is password protected and allows you to check balances and execute certain transactions.
  • Our ING Access online feature provides you with online access to account information via the Internet. State-of-the-art security and password protection allows you to check balances and execute certain transactions.
  • Note: You will need your personal identification number (PIN) and Social Security Number to use these Self-Service features. The confirmation you receive from ING upon the completion of the transition will identify your PIN. For your protection, you are encouraged to change your PIN by calling ING Access by phone or via ING Access online.
