Servicing Your Plan – Service OptionsThere are multiple ways to obtain information about your account, make account transactions, and receive answers to questions you may have about the Plans the State offers. ING wants to make it as easy as possible for you to take advantage of the valuable retirement plan benefits made available to you. That means providing you with the service options you want, when you want them. NOTE: You will need your personal identification number (PIN) and Social Security Number to use these self-service features. Internet Access You can access your account information via the Internet through the Account Access option shown in the left bar menu on this page.
