A special service line (1-800-269-0264) is available for hearing impaired customers using a Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD). A customer service associate is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). After hours the TDD will take a message enabling a customer service associate to return the call during normal business hours.
