NEW: ING Financial Strength and Ratings

The Stable Value Option will offer a minimum guaranteed rate of 5.80% through December 31, 2007, a minimum guaranteed rate of 5.00% through December 31, 2008, and a minimum guaranteed rate of 3.00% for the remainder of the four-year contract term (ending in 2010). Guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company and do not apply to the investment return or principal value of the variable investment options.
